- Lead the delivery of HF/HCD reporting including management plans, technical and assurance reports
- Management of junior HF/HCD resources on projects and supporting their skills development in project teams.

- Support wider HF team activities to promote awareness of Mott MacDonald’s capabilities and services with clients, industry bodies and stakeholders

As an experienced HF / HCD professional within a consultancy environment, with at least 7 years of experience, you’re comfortable working independently and making commercial choices to meet client needs. It would be preferable if you have experience working in the rail or transport industry. Experience with ETCS/ERTMS also desirable. Additionally, you’re able to work within a team, ensuring communication is maintained to deliver to deadlines.
To be successful in this role you will have/be:

- Experience managing teams and/or suppliers on complex projects
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
