**About the role**
- Liaise with building professionals; over a range of development matters, with differing levels of experience and complexity
- Present at Local Planning Panels
- Assist with Land & Environment Court Appeals

**About You**

The successful applicant will have:

- Degree in Town Planning
- Demonstrated understanding of planning policy and procedures to ensure an efficient and effective development assessment process and ensuring key timeframes are met
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with internal and external clients and stakeholders

**What’s on offer**

We are offering an attractive total remuneration from $86,409 to $95,156 plus superannuation.
