**As the Reception/ Administration Support responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Administration duties including but not limited to - scheduling, calendaring, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and/or sorting/distributing mail.
- Entering in Account Payable invoices into our accounting system
- Raising purchase orders
- Leave administration
- Expense and travel submissions for personnel
- Monitoring of technicians and contractor licenses
- Monitoring stock levels of equipment and stationary
- Ad hoc tasks to assist management

- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong attention to detail
