This is an exciting team leader opportunity suited to someone looking to progress in their production career, with a key focus in **leading** Final Check within the wider Quality Control team**

**About the role**:
This is an amazing opportunity if you are looking to progress your career in fashion production working in a beautiful production studio with some of the most talented seamstresses and production professionals in Australia

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Extensive knowledge within Quality Control and specifically Final Check Inspection
- Monitor and set the teams targets and KPIs
- Providing feedback to team members, through daily, weekly communication and well as performance reviews
- Continual review and monitoring of Quality standards for the specialist area - aligning with GLL standard created by QC Manager
- Motivate and inspire the team to continuously strive to meet targets and goal
- Supervise team whilst also able to contribute to team outcomes and be hands on in the role
- Highlight any team issues or setbacks with manager quickly for efficient workflow
- Willing to grow with the department and thrive for better, open to implementing change and critical updates to make better efficiencies and improve performance
- Continually strive to develop exceptional Product knowledge and workflow improvements
- Ad-hoc duties as directed by the QC Manager
- Abide by safe work practices & adhere to company and legislative requirements relating to Workplace Health & Safety

**Experience and skills required**:

- Extensive knowledge within Quality Control and specifically Final Check Inspection
- At least 2 years' experience within Quality Control
- People supervision, leadership experience or willingness to learn
- Demonstrated effective time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Resilient and task orientated
- Ability to work well independently as well as within a team environment
- Superior attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Highly focused with good concentration
- Exceptional work ethic, high energy and with strong multi-tasking and organisational skills
- Ability to meet daily goals and deadlines
- Physically able to work standing, lifting, bending and actively throughout shift.
- Alignment with the Grace Loves Lace Vision, Values and core competencies
- Intermediate level computer literacy, MAC experience desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
