Reporting to our General Manager at our retail-ready facility in Burleigh Heads, we’re seeking a **Quality Assurance Supervisor** who’s driven to lead, inspire, and uphold the highest standards in meat processing. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring that our retail-ready products consistently exceed quality expectations. **What You’ll Do**:

- **Lead and Develop a Quality Team**: Utilise your leadership skills to inspire and coach a team of QA professionals, fostering a high-performance culture where quality is always the top priority.
- **Investigate and Resolve Issues**: Conduct thorough root cause analyses to resolve quality issues swiftly and accurately, using a structured approach to problem-solving that gets to the heart of any challenge.
- **Achieve Key Objectives**: With a proven record of delivering on set objectives, you’ll bring discipline and focus to ensure that we not only meet but surpass our quality and safety goals.
- **Thrive in a High-Energy Environment**: Adapt and excel in a fast-paced, retail-ready setting where no two days are the same. Your agility will be crucial to maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our QA processes.

Desired Skills and Experience

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in a similar QA supervisory role within a **meat processing or food production environment**.
- Solid understanding of **HACCP, GFSI, Export standards**, and specific **customer quality requirements**.
- Demonstrated expertise in **root cause analysis** and **problem-solving techniques**.
- A strong track record of setting and achieving objectives in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organisational abilities and the capacity to thrive under pressure.
