**The Opportunity**:
As an out-of-school Hours Coordinator at Franklin Early Learning, you will join our well-established and supportive service leadership team and fulfil the role of Coordinator in our thriving and fast-paced out-of-School Hours program. You will establish warm, nurturing relationships with each child and friendly, supportive relationships with their families while attending to children's learning and well-being.

As part of your role, you will lead our out-of-school Hours programs, which include before
- and after-school care and a school holiday program. You will manage a team of Educators and be responsible for completing key compliance requirements, in addition to driving an engaging and exciting program based on play, leisure, and children's well-being.

**What's needed to succeed?**:

- ACECQA approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care.
- Experience working in an Early Childhood Education and Care setting, preferably in a leadership role.
- A solid understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place Framework for learning, and awareness of relevant laws and regulations.
- Ability to develop appropriate and sustained relationships with children.
- Strong organisational and planning skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to design, plan and implement high-quality Educational programs for school-aged children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and team members,
- High level of energy, enthusiasm, and creativity, with a passion for supporting children's learning and development
