**The Role**

As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be a self-motivated and highly organised team player who is passionate about content, media, strategy and most importantly data-driven campaigns.

As a Paid Media Specialist you must be able to complete a wide range of activities requiring clear communication, excellent process management skills and have an attention to detail. You must be able to work well under pressure, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of campaigns, and be willing to mentor and support traders. This role is hands-on and involves key stakeholder management.

You will be responsible for the preparation and implementation of digital media campaigns, including responding to campaign briefs, gathering of assets, trafficking, troubleshooting, campaign QA and reporting.

You are organised, efficient and can handle numerous tasks across a broad range of campaigns.
- 12month fixed term contract**The roles key objectives include**:

- Planning & execution of multi-channel campaigns predominately video, display & audio media, supporting in social and other programmatic buys: buying and implementation of multi-channel advertising campaigns
- Manage media plan: work closely with the WooliesX delivery squads and Lead Paid Media Specialist to gather campaign briefs, update tracker, plan and implement accordingly.
- Manage campaign setup, delivery, optimisation, reporting and insights. This includes identifying trends/learning’s for future opportunities Present plans and strategies that support the overall business objective and define the role of channel with the planning team

**What You'll Bring
- 3+ years in digital media/social trading in either agency or client side
- Strong experience with DV360, CM360 & Vistar Media
- Strong experience in Facebook and Instagram
- Successfully deliver campaigns on time and to budget
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- Ability to establish credibility and rapport with clients or internal stakeholders
- Have the ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures calmly
- Hold an understanding of online trends and have experience in developing digital strategies and communications programs
- Demonstrate strong and effective decision making skills
- Tertiary qualified in relevant discipline (Business/Commerce/Marketing etc.).
- Experience with MS Office or Google Workplace (particularly Excel and/or Google Sheets)

Desirable
- Proven ability to learn at a fast pace
- Demonstrate a track record of client relationship development and service
- Experience with Google Ads
- Experience with Search trading
- Experience in building reporting dashboards through Google Data Studio, Datorama or equivalent
- Experience with Facebook Marketing Partners
- Experience with other social channels e.g. Pinterest, Snapchat, Tiktok etc Understand Test & Learn frameworks and execute accordingly
