We are seeking an experienced Systems Integration Test Lead with HR expertise for a 12-month contract for a significant database consolidation project.

**Duties will include**:

- Lead and oversee the planning of all test phases for the database consolidation project.
- Define and document test strategies, test objectives, and scope for the integration testing efforts.
- Ensure the creation and maintenance of comprehensive test artifacts, including test plans, test cases, and test data.
- Manage and prioritise the workload for a team of two other testers, providing guidance and support throughout the testing process.
- Develop and execute test cases to validate system integration, data integrity, and overall functionality of the consolidated database.
- Utilise Postman for API and integration testing, authoring and executing test cases to validate seamless data flow and system interactions.
- Conduct thorough testing of APIs and integration points to ensure robust and error-free data exchange.
- Possess a basic understanding of business analysis principles to effectively communicate with business stakeholders and comprehend user requirements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to resolve any testing-related issues and foster a cohesive testing environment.

**Who we are looking for**:

- Experience as a Systems Integration Test Lead, preferably with HR-related projects.
- Proficiency in using Jira for test management.
- Strong expertise in writing and executing test cases, with a focus on integration and API testing.
- Experience with qTest for test management is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role, managing a team of testers.
- Basic understanding of business analysis concepts to facilitate effective communication with business stakeholders.

Our client prefers a hybrid working model, with 3 days per week in the office.
