Responsibilities:
- Delivering first-level support across AV systems including video conferencing, digital signage, room control systems, and displays
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues quickly to minimise disruption
- Conducting routine checks and maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
- Supporting AV setup and operation for meetings, town halls, and events
- Acting as the main point of contact for AV support, delivering a professional and helpful experience to all users
- Escalating complex issues to the wider support team and external vendors as needed
- Identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and system performance
Requirements:
- Previous experience in AV installation, support, or maintenance roles
- Solid understanding of AV technologies and platforms such as Crestron, Extron, Microsoft Teams
- A problem-solving mindset with strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first attitude
- Ability to work independently while maintaining service excellence in a corporate setting
- Industry certifications (CTS, Crestron, Extron) are advantageous
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- TAFE Diploma or equivalent qualification (Cert IV in IT Networking), or 3+ years' relevant IT/AV work experience
