**Your new company**
A leading local organisation is embarking on a transformative journey to implement TechnologyOne, and are seeking a highly skilled Asset SME to join their dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a project that will drive efficiency, accuracy, and innovation in asset management operations.
**Your new role**
As the Asset SME, you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of TechnologyOne. You will be the go-to expert on asset management systems and processes, ensuring that the solution is configured to meet the organisation’s needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement best-practice asset management processes. As the Asset SME, you will provide expert guidance and support to end-users and develop user documentation. You will play an integral role in performing system testing and validation to ensure accuracy and functionality.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Extensive experience in asset management frameworks, principles and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of systems implementation, specifically with TechnologyOne.
- Proven experience working within a council/local government environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, proven ability to support projects through implementation to user adoption.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
