We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join our remarkable teams at Brighton BMW and Mornington BMW. Brighton BMW is a multi-award-winning team with not only a culture of high performance but also care. **About the opportunity**

As a Marketing Manager in a BMW dealership, you will manage the performance for retail marketing activities across all of our Brands including but not limited to BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad. Success is measured by carefully tracked and analysed traffic through all locations and your ability to write marketing plans, execute activities and ensure overall ROI on spend.

**The Role**
- Create and implement marketing plans with ROI Measures in place
- Generate foot traffic to ensure brand targets are met
- Grow and manage our online presence through website and socials
- Manage marketing budgets by brand and locations
- Review lead, sales and customer data and deliver insights back to the teams and dealerships
- Work with our long-standing suppliers/partners to maintain relationships and ensure we receive value for money and outstanding execution
- Develop and train a marketing assistant
- Planning and executing events where required

**About you**
- Degree qualification in marketing
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in Automotive Marketing or similar
- Experience with managing people
- Confident and adaptable, with a willing can-do attitude
- A thorough understanding of the Bayside and Peninsula area’s lifestyle sectors, with a strong network being a plus
- Most of all a team player and willing to go above and beyond
