**This opportunity**

This role will be part of a larger transformation programme and focus on working with the various business units, to create a product catalogue for fixed and mobile products, including future converged offers for our new IT BSS solution to aid the delivery of key projects associated with TPG Telecom IT.

Reporting into the Transformation Programme Director and forming part of our wider transformation team, you will be responsible for identifying and managing product and customer data migration opportunities. The role will also collaborate with our business partners, ensuring new technology and systems have high rates of adoption and working with project teams to supply professional and effective changes.

The role is a 24-month Fixed-Term-Contract.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for assessing the current BSS data landscape
- Creation of a data migration strategy and support the migration activities for the transformation programme
- Creating a data roadmap to support the standardisation of business systems and the delivery of the Transformation Programme
- Identifying and prioritising the key data attributes required for migration
- Designing and planning the data migration framework and methodology
- Creating a data cleansing strategy
- Manage & monitor the data cleansing (dashboard) with various business units and IT appointed vendor
- Manage data extraction tools and reconciliation reports
- Create and/or document the Scoping Documents, Requirements for data migration requirements as dictated by the project, as input into the Solution design.
- Documenting clear functional and non-functional requirements and processes including but not limited to business, performance, operational, system, reporting, security, scalability and / or usability requirements, in terms of products and the product catalogue capabilities.
- Assist with the design and implemented product/ process migration improvements from inception to go-to-market by working with relevant business and IT stakeholders
- Participate in Project ceremonies i.e. estimation sessions, planning meetings, daily stand ups, showcases, and team retrospectives.
- Document the Acceptance criteria to ensure requirements are validated throughout the lifecycle of any project/program.
- Review the QA /Test Strategy, Plan and Test Cases. Verify the Test Results against the Migration Acceptance Criteria. Support the Test effort as & when required.
- Own and represent the business requirement gathering activity within a project or initiative for product and customer data migration.
- Manage scope of the requirements documentation and comply with change management procedures.
- Support testing in confirming the validity and testing of the requirements (that is, confirm that the requirements meet the business needs from both a functional and non functional perspective).
- Ensure that stakeholders are kept apprised of the status of requirements and the scope of the deliverables.

**Knowledge and experience**
- Experience in large-scale Transformation programmes and multi-year initiatives to support a transformation and implementation with business stability
- Strong commercial understanding and business acumen
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; written and verbal
- Extremely strong stakeholder engagement and management skills with the ability to ‘manage up’
- Strong facilitation and active listening skills
- Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
- Acute understanding of organizational issues and challenges
