Job Title: Data Migration Lead

Duration: Initial 6 Month Contract (with possibility of extension)

Location: Sydney, NSW (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite / 2 days WFH)

We're looking for an experienced Data Migration Lead to develop, design and drive the organisation's data migration strategy for a major program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end migration approach across multiple legacy systems into Salesforce.

• Develop a data migration strategy document, socialise it with key stakeholders, and secure approvals through formal governance (Architecture Review Board, business stakeholders).

• Manage data quality, mapping, transformation, and validation processes.

• Handle technical complexity (e.g., migrating from flat systems into Salesforce's multi-object schema).

• Balance technical, political, and compliance considerations.

• Collaborating with architects, integration teams, and business leads to align data structures.

Must Have Skills/Experience:

• Proven Data Migration Lead Relevant Experience

• Enterprise-scale data migration in Salesforce experience(ideally Salesforce service cloud)

• Develop and finalise the data migration strategy, including approach to data cleansing, extraction, and method of execution

• Has ability to identify data sources, resolve unknowns, and prepare for execution phase

• Strong understanding of data governance, modelling, and transformation

• Strong stakeholder management and adaptable in complex or unclear settings
