**The Position**

Our client is a well-established Brisbane accounting firm specialising in providing business services, corporate compliance, SMSF, and tax and specialist advice for companies across diverse industries.

They are seeking a Bookkeeping Manager to lead and develop their office-based and offshore bookkeeping team.

Together your team will support a dedicated and experienced team of accounting professionals to serve a quality long-standing growing client base of ASX listed companies, government bodies, international brands, high-end private companies and not-for-profit organisations.

As a valued management team member, you will have an important role in developing and strengthening the relationships between the firm and its clients.

As part of a larger team of accounting professionals, you will work from prestigious Brisbane CDB offices and you will be:

- A highly competent bookkeeper with a minimum of 5-6 years of bookkeeping experience across large and small organisations (CA or CPA Accounting office experience preferred)
- Comfortable supervising a small team of bookkeepers
- Highly skilled in MYOB and Xero accounting software (Experience in other accounting software packages an advantage)
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
- An excellent communicator and team player
