Overview

Role Description: ADMIN AND BOOK KEEPING JUNIOR

This is a part-time role for an Admin & Bookkeeper located in our centralised office at Allambie Heights on the Northern Beaches. The role emphasises accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • General bookkeeping and utilisation of accounting software (XERO) to support the team
  • Data entry heavy work
  • Switchboard management
  • Restaurant reservations for six high-volume venues
  • Office administration
Qualifications
  • Experience with bookkeeping, accounting software and general finance tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
