**About the Role**
They are currently seeking multiple Licensing & Regulation Officers to join their team in Rozelle. These are an estimated 4-6month temporary assignment, with a strong potential to extend.

Working within a Regulatory Division, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of Maritime products and services into the database to achieve organisations objectives

**Responsibilities**
- Provide high level and professional customer service
- Answer enquiries within a timely and accurate manner
- High volume data processing of HIN (Hole identification Numbers), mooring and other management of waterways information into the system
- Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
- Generate high quality and professional correspondence, official cautions, notices and customer letters, once approved by the Compliance Coordinator
- Process financial transactions including payments and banking
- Maintain up to date knowledge of specialised Maritime products and services
- Support the administration of all maritime operations
- Perform other duties as required
- Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience working within a Regulatory or Licensing environment
- Previous experience working within a high volume environment
- Professional, Resilient and confident with a customer service delivery focus
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Solid analytical, conflict resolution and problem solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines

**Requirements**:

- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite
- Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
