**We are looking for a Product Services Officer to join our State Government client **Do you have an admin customer service background and looking for your next opportunity?
**This role could be for you**

**4 x positions available**

**4-6 month contracts with view to extend**

**Rozelle/WFH**

**Up to $400 per day + Super**

**Primary purpose of the role**
Deliver quality, team based customer service for Maritime Division’s products and services.

**Key accountabilities**
- Provide quality, team based customer service by ensuring accurate information is delivered to

customers; and recognising individual customer needs and providing helpful, courteous service.
- Administer the specialised Management of Waterways products policies and procedures accurately.
- Contribute to the integrity of Management of Waterways products records by accurate and efficient computer processing.
- Process payments and banking accurately and efficiently in line with the Office Cash Procedures.
- Maintain a current working knowledge of the specialised Maritime Division’s products and services.
- Support the administration of all Maritime Division operations and perform other duties as directed

within the Service Delivery cluster.
- Demonstrate the five ways of leading behaviours to deliver organisational outcomes for our customers,

our people and communities for the greater good.

**Key challenges**
- Escalate difficult to resolve customer issues.
- Prioritise competing work demands and conflicting deadlines.
