The opportunity:
An exciting opportunity is on offer for an experienced and passionate Assistant Centre Manager (Non-Contact) to join our friendly team of Educators. This is a permanent full-time position working 38 hours per week across 5 days.

You will have extensive experience managing high quality early learning centres and a strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills, including impeccable written and verbal communication.

About us:
Little Lane Early Learning Centre Hawthorn, is a family owned and operated Early Learning Centre, providing high-quality long day care, Kindergarten and early learning programs for children aged 0 to 6 years old.

Our unique, custom-designed building features large classrooms flooded with natural light and directly accessible to the outdoor learning areas, as well as a purpose-built Atelier art studio, dance and music room and children’s library. Our environments and specialised early learning programs are specifically designed to encourage children to explore the world around them and inspire a sense of awe and wonder that will promote ongoing inquiry and a life-long love of learning that they can carry throughout their entire education journey.

Skills & Experience:

- A current Working with Children Check (VIC)
- Full Australian work rights
- A minimum of a Diploma and/or a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
- Minimum of 2 years' previous experience in a leadership role in Early Childhood Education
- Strong knowledge of EYLF
- Strong Knowledge of the NQF, National Quality Standards and Education and Care Regulations
- Competent with using Kidsoft and or other childcare management software
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Excellent personal presentation
