**The opportunity**:
An exciting opportunity is on offer for an experienced and passionate Assistant Centre Manager / 2IC to join our friendly team of Educators. This is a permanent full-time position working across 5 days.

You will have extensive experience managing high quality early learning centres and a strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills, including impeccable written and verbal communication.

**Skills & Experience**
- A current Working with Children Check (VIC)
- Full Australian work rights
- A minimum of a Diploma and/or a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
- Experience in A&R
- Mandarin Speaking is a plus
- Must be fully vaccinated with 3 doses of COVID-19 vaccination
- Minimum of 2 years' previous experience as an Assistant Centre Manager
- Strong knowledge of EYLF
- Strong Knowledge of the NQF, National Quality Standards and Education and Care Regulations
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Excellent personal presentation
