**About the company**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the cases, requests and enhancements using online tools and processes.
- Ensure that systems are fully operational, and any loss of service is restored in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide a high level of service to customers and adhere to our strict SLAs for response and restoration times.
- Identify the problem, perform root cause analysis and identify solutions.
- Deploy of service releases, requests, and customisation.
- Create productive relationships with and between key stakeholders.
- Provide informal training and coaching as required to junior business systems analysts or process analysts in the business solutions team.

**Key Skills**:

- Good understanding of IT systems.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office including Excel, Project, Visio and Word.
- Good understanding of SQL and data analysis.
- Experience with Epicor ERP or similar ERP systems.
- Fluent in using JIRA to manage a product/project backlog/board.
- Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated strong problem-management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
