**About the role**:
Working closely with our Digital Enablement and ICT teams, you will support the planning and delivery of enhancements to our systems. Duties will include:

- Gathering and documenting business requirements
- Partnering with System Owners to complete prioritised sprint activities (feature deployment, upgrades and fixes, testing and configuration)
- Supporting BAU activities and leave coverage across the team of System Owners

**About you**

You are technically minded and enjoy investigating problems and identifying changes required, formulating clear plans for their implementation. You have a continuous improvement mindset and pride yourself on developing efficient processes. You will also bring:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - in particular, the ability to connect the understanding of technical and non-technical colleagues
- Proven experience structuring and prioritising business requirements
- Sound knowledge of the software development lifecycle
- Attention to detail and critical thinking ability, finding innovative solutions
- Programming skills in SQL and C# (desirable)

In addition to experienced System Analysts, this role may suit a career-changer or graduate with exposure to process improvement and scrum master principles.
