**Systems Analyst**

**About the Company**:
An innovating and growing Software Company is looking for a junior Systems Analyst to join our team. Initially 12 months permanent full-time contract with long-term engagement desirable after successful completion.

As a Sysetms Analyst you will provide strategic support to our business partners. The focus of this position will be to work closely with the business units to gain an in-depth understanding of customer’s business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates. This role will be key to understanding the capabilities required to address business challenges.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Data analysis and report preparation
- Researching existing business systems to determine the impact of the project on current practices
- Undertake data analysis and provide insights to relevant teams
- Working with users to formulate and document business requirements
- Develop financial models to support business cases
- Assist with the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Trend and competitor analysis
- Manage user profile and permissions, third party plugins and integrations

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Degree in computer science, business information systems or a related field
- Effectively deliver business improvements and project deliverables
- Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders across various teams
- Be able to take on other duties as required
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ideally you will have strong data analysis and modelling skills
- You will exhibit exceptional communication skills with experience business partnering with stakeholders
- Creative and analytical thinker
- Experience in business analysis or business information systems preferred but not necessary, preferably in an Agile environment
