**Your key accountabilities

The core capability requirements for this role are:

- Provide high quality advice and research to support effective operational planning, performance monitoring and strategic governance for the Division.
- Prepare and review reports, briefs and correspondence for the Executive Director.
- Review and analyse business processes to identify improvement opportunities and recommend appropriate actions and innovative solutions for implementation.
- Oversee the functions of the Strategy and Performance Office including workflow and priorities to support the work unit, Directors and the Executive Director.
- Build and sustain partnerships and networks with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead and manage the human and physical resources of the Division in consultation with work unit Directors.
- Create a work environment that encourages teamwork whilst empowering individuals to strive for continuous business improvement, seek challenges, develop skills, and achieve results.
