**About the Opportunity**

The **Business Growth Coordinator **will be responsible for:
**Capture Duties**
- Review and compile background research documents from external and internal sources relating to the proposal capture,
- Prepare specific briefings on technical and operational matters as requested by the bid leads,
- Create and maintain file structures and online workspaces for each opportunity, and support the management of good filing practices to maintain document control and information management,
- Support and participate in capture processes, including setting meetings, taking and distributing notes, and sharing capture information throughout the team,
- Manage key business development management processes, such as opportunity tracking and management systems, bid timeframe tracking, and regular reporting functions.

**Proposal Duties**
- Support the management of proposal logistics, including keeping a proposal calendar, setting up meetings, ensuring the opportunity team is on schedule. Ensure that timing issues are clearly flagged for management throughout the proposal development process.
- Support communication within the opportunity team, including liaison between the bid team and costing leads,
- Support and participate in technical discussions with bid team and teaming partners to help draft the tender proposal,
- Engagement with proposal personnel and partners on collecting bid material and inputs throughout the proposal stage,
- Liaison with recruiter to establish staffing agreements of key program personnel.

**About You**

We are seeking an individual who will bring:

- Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Business development coordination ,
- Development program implementation,
- Development policy research and analysis.
- Track record of working effectively with in-person and remote teams internationally, including management relationships with subcontractors and consultants, or desire to want to work in this capacity
- Ability to communicate persuasively and effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to problem solve and manage risk and complianceHow to Apply
