**About the Role**

To provide contemporary business process improvement, analysis and redesign skills to drive the review and improvement of critical processes and practices, including the leveraging of technology to deliver benefits.

This position is located in our Central Office in Rivervale. We offer a flexible working arrangement.

**We’ll also be asking you to:

- **

- To review critical business processes from end to end to identify existing process, determine the core issues and constraints and design improvements.
- Provide process mapping and analysis skills in documenting and analysing process and practice
- To assist key stakeholder in identifying their critical constraints and co-designing achievable solutions.
- Analysing and aligning new systems and technology to meet business requirements
- Identification and analysis of key process constraints and the design of achievable improvement for usability, efficiency and effectiveness
- Assisting with the implementation and change management for new systems and process to ensure benefits are realised
- Update policies, procedures and forms as required.

**About You**

**To be considered for this role, you’ll need:

- **
- Experience in a process review and improvement role of at least 5 years
- Highly developed process mapping and analysis skill
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly developed skill in the visual process mapping of systems and process
- Highly developed skill in collaborating with stakeholders in identifying process constraints and co-designing solutions
- Experience in translating and aligning system features and capabilities to business requirements
