**Your Opportunity**:
The position of Project Officer (Sustainable Care Program) will work as a key member of the broader Strategy, Planning, Improvement and Innovation team. The CHQ Sustainable Care Program is designed to embed innovation, value, efficiency, and effective leadership at every level of our organisation through a set of immediate, short-term, and long-term change projects.

The position of Project Support Officer - Sustainable Care Program will:

- Manage the Sustainable Care Program
- Lead program monitoring and reporting for the Board, Executive Leadership Team, Divisional Director and Executive Leadership Team
- Liaise with Executive and senior management roles to achieve program aims with only limited direction.
