We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to join our team as a **Front Office Supervisor** at the iconic Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort in the beautiful Hunter Valley. This is a full-time role with exceptional benefits and the chance to work with a passionate and talented team.

**About the Role**:

- Leading and supporting the front office team to provide a warm, welcoming environment and memorable experiences for our guests
- Acting as a role model for service excellence, sharing your knowledge and continually motivating the team
- Overseeing daily front office operations to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
- Managing guest arrivals and departures with a focus on smooth, positive experiences
- Addressing and resolving guest concerns in a timely and professional manner

Hourly rate: $36.09 per hour plus super.
**Qualifications** To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have**:

- Proven supervisory experience in a hotel or resort front office environment
- Strong background in hospitality, with extensive experience in hotel or resort operations
- Exceptional customer service skills, accompanied by a consistently positive attitude
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional presentation and demeanor
- Flexibility and availability to work weekends when required
