**What are some of the things you will be responsible for?**
- Assisting a Leading Sales & Leasing Agent
- Prospecting for new business in Commercial Leasing & Sales
- Property inspections
- Writing & preparing Property Ads
- Follow up on enquiries & inspections
- Research & Database managemet

This position reports Commercial Sales & Leasing Agent and works closely with Sales & Leasing Agents & Asset Managers.

**Some of the things you need to bring**:

- 1 year experience in real estate
- Assistant Agents Certificate in Real Estate
- Excellent knowledge Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of CRM systems ie Agent Box or Sales Force
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to positively influence key stakeholders.
- Positive, can do, work hard, play hard attitude.
- You must live on the Northern Beaches and have complete understanding of our area & market
- Knowledge of Retail Leasing Legislations
