Global Education Academy is Australia's first research-based learning centre. It is the fruition of our founder's research into mathematics and Cognitive Load Theory.

We are changing the way children learn and teachers teach. We empower our teachers to teach differently through a structured curriculum, our scientific approach, unique teaching methodology and problem-solving strategy.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Get ready to roll up your sleeves - this is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in the strategy to execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Develop strategies aligned with goals and objectives managing the brand externally.
- Create campaign and promotional activities creating market awareness optimizing content for maximum reach and engagement.
- Plan, schedule, and post content across social media with on-brand captions. Design eye-catching graphics in Canva
- Manage external agency with accountability on delivering SEO targets.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads with appropriate and relevant content to maximise engagement.
- Develop, film, and edit scroll-stopping content for Reels and TikTok. Coordinate photo and video shoots - from concept to execution
- Create and schedule EDMs that cut through the noise

**ABOUT YOU**

You’re ambitious, driven, and love the thrill of working in a children’s learning, ever-changing environment. Whether you’re starting out or ready to level up, we’re keen to meet you if you:

- Have 2+ years experience in marketing with social media
- Are organised, detail-oriented, and love a good to-do list
- Have some experience in using a CRM, Wordpress (or similar), Canva
- Can write sharp and engaging content
- Are a natural when it comes to social media - you get the platforms and know how to work them
- Love having fun with children and creating epic customer experiences - that’s what we do every day

Pay: $68,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

- Australia (preferred)
