**About the Role**:
**About Us**:
**Facestudio by Bronnie** is a boutique cosmetic injectables and skincare clinic located in Sydney’s Upper North Shore. We offer patients a variety of skin treatments including cosmetic injectables, PDO threads, skin needling, medi-facials, HIFU and laser therapy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee daily clinic operations, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies
- Provide exceptional front desk service - greet clients, manage bookings, and respond to enquiries
- Create and maintain schedules for staff, including receptionists and clinicians
- Manage patient consultations and appointments to ensure optimal booking flow
- Oversee patient check-in/check-out, ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Handle patient billing and collections professionally and efficiently
- Assist in marketing and promotional tasks, including events and content coordination
- Ensure clinic compliance with all regulations and policies

**Requirements**:

- **At least 1 year of experience** as a Clinic Coordinator, Medical Receptionist (with management duties), or similar role in a cosmetic or medical setting
- Available **Monday-Friday**, with **some Saturdays** required
- Able to work **at least 4 days/week**; **full time preferred**:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Mac and patient management software (essential)

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
