Working closely with and supported by the Facility Manager and other Deputy Facility Manager, your duties will focus on the areas of continuous quality improvement whilst coordinating clinical tasks throughout the facility.

**The Role**
- Responsible for managing the clinical duties of a 113-bed Aged Care facility in North Turramurra, Upper North Shore
- Provide leadership support to the clinical and support staff
- Maintaining clinical compliance and governance
- Directly report to and work alongside the Facility Manager

**Requirements/Skills**
- Registered Nurse with a current AHPRA registration
- Experience in a leadership role within an aged care facility
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality personal and clinical care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Knowledge of Work Health and Safety policies and procedures
