Located in Perth's Western Suburbs, our highly impressive client is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their high performing, reputable, welcoming and friendly Finance Team.

**Your new role**

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between finance and operations. This includes providing accurate and timely strategic and operational financial support with budgets, as well as financial planning and analysis to stakeholders.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Prior experience within a similar role (finance business partnering / management accounting / analysis)
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Hardworking, motivated and eager to learn work ethic
- Excellent organisational skills and time management skills
- Prior experience working within large finance teams (desired)
- CPA/CA qualification
- Genuine interest and passion for adding value to teams, and bettering communities
