**Your new company**

Our impressive Financial Services client is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their growing team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to embed themselves in the business long-term and grow with it during this exciting period of change. The company has a lovely office based in Perth, as well as developing offices in both the Sydney and Melbourne CBD to house staff currently working from those locations.You'll work closely with the CFO and the wider finance team to bridge the gap between finance and operations.

**Your new role**

This position will involve finance business partnering, financial performance and analysis as well as some standard management accounting duties. Due to a recent merger, there will be some interesting and challenging work that will be highly rewarding. Some duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Performance management of business
- Business partnering
- Business case review
- Finance and Business Intelligence ‘deep dive’ analysis
- Finance risk management
- High level review of financial controls
- Finance projects
- Cost leadership and challenge
- Performance related board papers
- Multi-currency reporting

**What you'll need to succeed**

Along with prior experience within a similar role, to be successful you will require:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- CA/CPA qualification
- Motivated, hardworking and driven work ethic
- High attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
- Prior experience working within the Financial Services sector will be highly regarded
