We are on the hunt for a passionate experienced Resident Services superstar to help support our team of service professionals to deliver exceptional service to our community of residents. **A day in the role includes**:

- Setting the tone of the Home experience by delivering excellence in customer service (5 star hotel-style)
- Provide prompt and positive action to resident queries, questions or concerns
- Assist and coordinate with move ins, move outs and deliveries as necessary
- Performing property administration tasks such as reviewing resident accounts, processing amenity bookings and conducting mid-tenancy inspections
- Provide information and support to residents and guests regarding amenities, transport and places of interest within the building vicinity
- Advocating and supporting community resident events and initiatives hosted by Home
- Reporting on insights learnt ‘on the ground’ and all resident services related matters to the wider management team
