PERSOLKELLY are in partnership with one of our clients and are looking for Emergency Call Centre Agents to join their 24/hour team based within Sydney's Eastern suburbs. Your role will be to provide an exceptional customer service experience. This is a high volume and fast paced role in which you are required to provide accurate connections to Police, Fire and Ambulance dispatchers across the country at the request of the customer. You will be required to follow strict protocols and procedure to ensure every call is taken quickly, efficiently, and correctly. Calls are KPI measured and high-quality service must be provided on every call. We are looking to hire multiple Team members who are available to do rostered shifts including weekends. You could be rostered to start shift as early as 5am but also as late as 10pm.
