**Accounts Payable / Receivable Officer**

We currently have an amazing opportunity for an **Accounts Payable/Receivable Officer **to be part of an established manufacturing business in Truganina..

This is a 2-3 months temporary assignment with a potential to extend.

You will be working **Mon - Fri -5 days a week from the office**

You will be responsible in ensuring all Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions are processed accurately, timely and efficiently whilst maintaining a high level of integrity in the overall accounting function.

**Key responsibilities**

Accounts receivable:
3. Project invoicing

4. Adhoc invoicing VBT jobs invoicing

5. Data entry

Accounts Payable:
1. AP data entry

2. AP invoice enquires

4. Subcontractor payments-every fortnight

5. Transport invoices

6. Raising Purchase orders

7. Stationery orders, petty cash, archiving and anything else that needs to get done.

**About you**:

- Must have **experience working in Pronto software**:

- Previous experience **in Accounting space - ( AP/ AR)**:

- **Good communication skills**:

- **Solutions-focused **& able to confidently make sound decisions in the best interests of the business
- Able to work autonomously within **short timeframes**:

- Proficient in basic accounting skills and **strong attention to detail.**:

- **Must have full working rights.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 2-3 months

**Salary**: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Rotating roster

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Truganina, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounts payable: 3 years (required)
- Accounts receivable: 3 years (required)
- pronto software: 1 year (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
