Administration Clerk

**About the Role**

The purpose of this position is to provide administrative and clerical support to the dealership. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Data entry
- General office management such as ordering stationary
- Providing general administration support to Senior Management
- Coordinate monthly reports
- Accounts payable duties
- Accounts Receivable duties
- Assisting with account reconciliation

**Skills & Qualifications**
- No experience required however administration experience is preferred
- A can-do attitude and ability to work well in a team to achieve a common goal
- High attention to detail
- A willingness to learn
- Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems
- Ability to prioritise own work, and have excellent time management skills
