**_The Role _**
- In this part-time position you will assist our Finance and Reception team in the administration of accounts payable and as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors allowing for the successful and efficient operation of our day-to-day business. _
- It is important for us to find the right person, so we are prepared to be flexible with the days and hours. Also, the position has the ability to grow depending on the applicant’s skill base. _
- In this role, you will support in several key functions including, but not limited to: _
- _Processing of financial information, including invoices, payments and supplier invoices _
- _Banking and credit card reconciliation _
- _Accurate allocation of customer payments _
- _Reconciliation of customer/supplier accounts _
- _Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records _
- _Accounts payable data entry and payment preparation _
- _Maintain accounts payable supplier files _
- _Reception coverage. Operation of the main telephone switchboard, first point of contact for office visitors and clients, greet courier, sign for goods and direct deliveries. _
- _Assisting with fortnightly banking, debt collection and end of month closing and reporting. _
- _Undertake general administrative tasks as required. _

- To be successful in this role, you will have an appetite for continuous learning and ongoing development. In addition, you also have the following: _
- _Experience in accounts payable _
- _Ability to multi-task and learn new skills quickly _
- _Ability to prioritise, plan and organise workload to meet deadlines _
- _Strong attention to detail and accuracy _
- _Customer service oriented _
