**THE FINER DETAILS**

Your role will have you reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager at their Port Melbourne office and will have you responsible for:

- Providing "bite-size, digestible" advice based on the nominated awards and knowing where to find the relevant information for management
- Overseeing the recruitment process for all new recruits including booking medicals, reference checks, compliance, liaising with recruitment agencies etc.
- Onboarding (contract preparation, entering data into various systems) inductions and probationary reviews
- Offboarding processes including conducting exit interviews and relaying information to the relevant parties

**HOW WILL YOU BE SET UP FOR SUCCESS?**

Aside from having a solid handover and a great team of support, a successful person in this role will have the following:

- Experience in a HR Administration role or in recruitment
- A HR qualification
- The ability to break down the complexities and of the awards and legislations and relate to real life matters
- A sense of urgency and commercial mindset
