We are now seeking a General Counsel (Group Chief Legal & Risk Officer) to join our Group Executive Team, based in Adelaide.

The Opportunity

As our most senior legal and risk executive, you will:

  • Lead, inspire, and grow a global team of legal, risk, and ESG professionals.
  • Set the Group's legal and risk strategy while being hands-on with high-stakes matters.
  • Advise the Board and Group CEO on transactions, governance, ASX/Corporations Act compliance, and ESG.
  • Direct major projects and M&A, balancing commercial drive with strong governance.
  • Maintain our focus and commitment to ESG and sustainability leadership, embedding resilience into how we grow.

Who you are

We're looking for more than technical excellence. You bring:

  • 15+ years' corporate/commercial law experience, with ASX and M&A exposure.
  • A proven ability to build and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, confident, pragmatic, and people-focused.
  • A willingness to roll up your sleeves while steering the big picture.
  • Hunger to shape and deliver strategy at a global scale.
