We are looking for those with digital health project officer experience. Great Agency to work for

**What you'll be doing**:

- Actively assist in the delivery of the Agency’s Medicines Safety Program procurement and contracting functions
- Establish and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external clients, service providers and other stakeholders
- Manage contracts, service agreements and purchase orders, whilst monitoring expenditure
- Implementation of work plans, project outcomes and allocations of resources
- Track progress and compliance against requirements whilst working closely with teams / partners / clients
- Provide specialist procurement and contracting advice to the Medicines Safety Program, with a particular focus on supplier contract procurement and management
- Prepare a range of material, including procurement documentation, contracts, work orders, invoices, and other corporate documentation as required
- Undertake the review and evaluation of procurement and contracting services to improve service delivery

Support program financial management and reporting

**To be successful for this role you will have**:

- Experience within a similar role
- Relevant tertiary qualification or at least a Diploma in Procurement and Contracting.
- Demonstrated coordination and support of projects ensuring compliance with government processes for procurement, contract a and project management
- Ability to respond to and prioritize competing and often urgent requests in a calm and efficient manner
- Outstanding communication both written and verbal
- Liaise with stakeholders in relation to difficult or sensitive issues
