**The Department**

SBS Technology can be thought of as the 'engine room' of SBS. Our primary role is to enable and support the production, distribution, and transmission of content across television, radio, and online platforms. Our teams achieve this by working collaboratively to design innovative solutions and deliver end-to-end services for our business stakeholders.

**The Role**

This role works across all key areas of our Access Services team, so you will be instrumental in the delivery of key outcomes.
- Working under the direction and supervision of the ASPP Service Delivery Leads
- Assist with the preparation and allocation of work within ASPP, to ensure SBS assets continue to meet SBS broadcast standards and deadlines across all channels and platforms
- Provide high level administrative assistance to the Service Delivery Team managing SBS’s Subtitling, Closed Captioning, Audio Description (AD) and languages other than English (LOTE) services
- Be the main point of contact for NACA, NITV and online social media Closed Captioning and Subtitling needs
- Co-ordinating finance related invoicing from all suppliers

**About you**

You will have excellent communication skills, sound stakeholder engagement and the ability to work within a team environment and contribute to a positive culture.
- Proven experience in providing accurate and timely administrative support in a busy office environment
- The proven ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads, with an understanding of working to tight deadlines essential
- Experience in media asset management systems such as IBMS and MAM is highly desired
- Knowledge of accounting systems such as Oracle (preferred) or SAP an advantage
- Experience reviewing and approving leave and payroll requests also advantageous
