Central Operations keeps our business moving. Our team cares for, supports, and empowers our retail teams across the country. We help them be at their best, so they can deliver the best experiences for our customers every day.
- Reporting to the Communications and Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for delivering engaging communications to inform, connect and engage more than 80,000 team members across Coles Supermarkets.**About The Role**
As a Communications and Engagement Partner, you will partner with stakeholders from across the business to develop high impact communications to give our team members the right information at the right time.- creating and delivering high impact communication using a range of formats including written communication, video and graphics.
- using established communication tools and channels to deliver the right message at the right time to the right audience to drive sales, land change and build team pride and engagement.
- working with key stakeholders across the business to ensure communications to stores is managed end to end and follows best practice.
- using data and feedback to measure and evaluate communications activities. Identify ways to simplify, improve and execute communications across the business. Supporting the execution of key retail events.
**About You And Your Skills**
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced communications professional who can work with pace while maintaining attention to detail.- experience in a fast-paced communications role. Experience in the retail sector is highly desirable.
- tertiary qualifications in communications, PR, Media, Marketing, creative writing or a similar discipline
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- experience in delivering high-impact internal communication.
- ability to manage and influencer stakeholders particularly in complex environments.
- outstanding organisational and planning skills, with the ability to multi-task, manage timelines and meet deadlines
- recent experience in using technology platforms for internal communications, such as Microsoft Teams and Yammer.
- multi-media and graphics experience is desirable.
