**About Your Role**

This role plays a key part in preparing the organisation budget, supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting to ensure organisational growth and sustainability. It involves working closely with stakeholders to develop budgets, enhance financial models, and provide insights that drive informed decision-making.

**You will**:

- Assist in budget preparation and financial modelling.
- Support stakeholders in understanding financial targets and performance.
- Contribute to the development of Business Intelligence dashboards and KPI reporting.
- Prepare month-end financial reports and variance analysis.
- Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.

**What We Look For**
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
- Extensive experience in costing, financial analysis, modelling and budgeting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights
- Strong attention to detail
- Extensive experience in presenting to and working with senior management
- First-time movers from Big 4 accounting firms are welcomed.
