Christ Church Grammar School is a Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12 Anglican day and boarding school for boys in Perth, Western Australia. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources and Strategic Projects, the Human Resources Co-ordinator is responsible for providing professional support across the employee lifecycle, supporting the provision of high quality and timely delivery of HR Services.

It is anticipated that the successful applicant will be an astute manager of people, able to draw the best out of colleagues through open communications, personal accountability, trust and mutual respect.

The successful applicant will hold the appropriate qualifications and demonstrate relevant experience. They will have excellent relationship management skills, be a self-starter who takes initiative and someone who can work independently and as part of a team.

All staff are expected to be enthusiastic professionals and understand the ethos of an Anglican boys’ school.
