The Role

In the role of Donor Service Consultant, you will provide a genuine heartfelt service experience that inspires our donors to regularly book life-giving blood and plasma donations, to ensure we meet patient demand within the Australian Community. This could involve a combination of:
inbound and outbound calling,

live chat,

and social media support.

Exceptional communication skills (active listening, verbal and written)

Proven ability to provide a memorable customer experience

High attention to detail and data entry accuracy

Willingness to contribute to a positive and solution focused team culture

Training and Rostering

4-week training and development program

Ongoing development and career progression opportunities

4/5 weeks WFH

Rotational roster between the hours of 7:30am & 7pm Monday to Friday

1-2 Saturdays in a 10-week rotation
