**The Role**
The Naval Materiel Seaworthiness Assurance Agency (NMSwAA) works across the depth and breadth of Navy Capability from program inception all the way through to retirement. The EL1 Education Officer, at NMSwAA - Navy Engineering Branch, will lead a small team responsible for managing the evolution of our Learning & Development program. Utilising the many tools and resources available to Defence you will, in-concert with the greater team and under guidance from Director NMSwAA, improve, review and monitor the performance and quality of our education and training materials.
This role involves:
- Collaboratively aligning our guiding N-Library policy and strategy into absorbable education and training resources.
- Creatively using different software e.g. Office, Adobe creative suite, Visio, eLearning modules, webinars and slide packages deliver the program.
- Conduct educational scoping activities to define the needs of our stakeholders.
