**We have an exciting opportunity for a capable, stand-alone HR Manager**:

- Providing flexible and responsive advice and support to managers and employees on a broad range of HR and IR related issues.
- Consulting with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Previous experience in health sector idea but not essential
- Liaising with colleagues on recruitment needs

**Your mandatory skills and experience will include**:

- Minimum 5 years as full-service HR Manager experience in small to medium business.
- Fair Work Compliance, IR Laws, OH&S and Award interpretation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude, with a good sense of humour.
- Creative problem solving and the ability to handle a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Competent in use of technology.

This is a Casual position with attractive remuneration commensurate with your qualifications, skills and experience.

Only permanent Australian residents will be considered

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bundall, QLD 4217: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
