Our client, a privately owned strata management company with offices across Australia's East Coast, is currently hiring a Strata/ Body Corporate Manager to join their growing team on a full-time basis.

Training and support will be provided to help you quickly adapt to the responsibilities of the position. The ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, problem-solving skills, and a keen interest in the property/strata industry will contribute to your success in this role.

This position has a variety of responsibilities and would suit a hands-on individual who can juggle multiple priorities at the one time. You will manage a portfolio of schemes and will be responsible for:

- Meeting attendance and minute taking
- Working closely with your committees
- Answering queries and providing advice
- Prepare budgets, review financials and arrears
- Correspondence and dispute resolution

**About You**

Ideally you will have previous Strata / Community Manager / Assistant experience, however if you are new to the role, a strong foundation in administrative tasks, effective communication, and a proactive attitude will be valuable assets.

To be successful in this position you will really enjoy working to policies, procedures and procedures, enjoy a supportive and friendly working environment as well as have:

- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
- Time management and prioritisation skills second to none
- A positive can-do attitude to get the job done
- High level of customer service and problem solving skills
