We are an Australian and New Zealand privately owned company with two national retail businesses, Jaycar Electronics and Road Tech Marine, with over 150 stores and 1,000 employees in Australia and NZ. We have been established for over 40 years and continue to grow.

Ever expanding, we are looking to hire an enthusiastic marketing coordinator to join our team to assist with a multitude of marketing tasks and functions.

**The Role**

Direct marketing & production: Coordinate and execute national promotions, including flyers, digital, social media, eDM’s and point of sale material. Compile layout and collaborate with design and media agencies, printers, and internal digital production teams to complete projects and campaigns that are on brand, time, and budget.

Product marketing management: Research, copywriting, promotion planning and production, competitor research and pricing review for products.

Reporting and logistics: Monitoring and analysis of marketing campaigns, liaising with buyers on delivery deadlines, and communicating marketing activities to internal customers (Retail Ops/Merch. Planning/Logistics/Warehouse etc.)

**Requirements**:

- You may be a marketing coordinator with experience looking to expand your skill set and develop a career with a national retailer, or you may be a marketing assistant looking for the opportunity to step up to coordinator level.
- Must be a team player who is willing to learn new skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and committed to producing high-quality results.
- Proactive and hands-on marketer. The ability to multitask and prioritise is essential.
- Strong project management, planning, problem-solving and organisational skills.
